I highly recommend James!!! Things ran smooth from start to finish!! Very responsive and professional. He even took our call late one evening to answer a question. He also got us on his list within a week. I had called 18 movers before I found James. James was the 19th person I called that day. Every one else was either rude, couldn't move for weeks or months, was very pricey, or didn't answer the phone. I wish I would have found James from the beginning. James and his team did a fantastic job from coming out and looking at the site and getting a plan together, building and prepping the pad, digging and pouring the footers to set our home on to moving the home and bolting it down. He answered any and all questions that we had about the process and was very straight forward with his pricing, which was very reasonable for the service that he provides, and what was expected from us to get our state inspection passed. Moving a house can seem like a big ordeal. It can seem like its not possible. But let me tell you, if I ever had to do it again, I know exactly who I would call. I would call Tennessee Plateau Services. I called, he answered, and every single question that I had, he gave me a serious and truthful answer. There was no rounding up or maybe this or maybe that costs, there was, " hey, man if you want this house on this land, its going to cost this much". Once the decision was made to use Tennessee Plateau Services, they got to work. And let me tell you. It's been a while since I've seen this kind of work ethic. They moved both sides of the double wide, and within 6 hours they had it bolted together and leveled. From start to finish, I was very impressed by the quality of work and by the quality of people that are associated with Tennessee Plateau Services. That was a lot better experience than I was expecting. If you're debating on who to use to move a house or a building to your property. Stop. You found them. Very professional. Its an expensive thing to move a mobile home. But this guy can get it done. He had to do some extra work as the axle and tongue was broken. I was expecting additional charges. But he did not charge extra. It takes time, be patient and this crew will set you up right! See more See less
